The technological advancements shown are indeed remarkable, but there's a worrisome trend of confusing computational design with optimization (Topological Optimization in this case), adding the "Artificial Intelligence" as the new black (even if there's no evidence of such thing being actually present) - this is not the first case of such term misappropriation from the non-specialized media.

But keep in mind: optimization is definitely a computation-based process, but computational design is absolutely not limited to it.

PS: side note - in the video, the spread of desktop 3D printers is described as "a fad that peaked in 2014"
